Pool area has a BBQ grill, smoker, picnic area and small gym. Unit includes an assigned parking space with plenty of guest parking. Association fees are $275 per month and includes community maintenance, patrolling security and exterior insurance. Pets allowed, max 2 dogs per unit, 40 lbs max.
